Osayande Omo-Osagie is the Chief Executive Officer and has had a vibrant career spanning 18 years in Human Resources Management and Administration with experience that cuts across various industries including Education, Hospitality and Healthcare and Business Consulting.
Osayande holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University and a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from the London Metropolitan University School of Business Guidhall with specialization in strategy, Recruitment, Training, Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Employee Relations, Coaching and Team Building.
Osayande attended the Stanford University SEED Institute's Transforming MSME programme in Accra, Ghana.
He is a thought leader in Outsourcing and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, United Kingdom and KPI Institute Melbourne Australia.
Rafiu Afees AboloreCHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Rafiu Afees Abolore is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years Sales and Accounting experience cutting across various industries from Banking to Construction, FMCG and Outsourcing. A highly organised, detail oriented and dependable professional with the ability apply his accounting knowledge to a diverse range of financial issues.
Skilled in Financial Statements and Reporting, Payroll Management, Regulatory compliance, Taxation, Budgeting and Forecasting and information Technology.
Afees holds a first degree in Accounting with Second Class upper from the University of Ilorin, and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.
He is currently the Chief Finance Officer at HRD Solutions LTD,
Afees is also a mentor and trained councillor at Great Oxford Schools.
