Job Overview

We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive (IT) in Lagos to drive sales growth, acquire new clients, and expand market presence.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional with experience in IT sales, client acquisition, and solution selling, who can identify opportunities and convert leads into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT/technology space

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels

• Present and sell IT products and solutions to prospective clients

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored client solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

• 2–5 years’ experience in IT sales or business development

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong understanding of IT products, services, or solutions

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset

Desirable

• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or enterprise solutions

• Existing network of corporate clients

• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines

• Strong prospecting and closing skills
