About the Role

The Network Infrastructure Manager will oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure, including enterprise networks, servers, storage, backup systems, cloud services, and cybersecurity.

The successful candidate will lead the IT infrastructure team, manage enterprise-wide connectivity, ensure maximum system uptime, and implement best practices in network administration and information security.

Key Responsibilities

Network & Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Administer routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all network services.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve network issues proactively.

Systems Administration

• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and enterprise storage.
• Oversee server maintenance, virtualization platforms, backups, and disaster recovery systems.
• Implement regular software updates, security patches, and system upgrades.

Cybersecurity & Business Continuity

• Maintain enterprise cybersecurity controls, antivirus solutions, firewalls, endpoint protection, and access management.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry best practices.

IT Operations & Service Delivery

• Lead IT helpdesk operations and provide advanced technical support.
• Manage software licensing, hardware lifecycle management, and vendor relationships.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects and technology upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure within a large organisation.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, RHCA, ITIL v4 Foundation, or equivalent.
