We are recruiting a proactive and results-driven Sales Associate Pan-Nigeria to support revenue growth through lead generation, customer engagement, and loan sales conversion.

Job Overview

The Sales Associate will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by identifying prospects, converting leads, and delivering excellent customer experience throughout the loan application process.

You will work closely with the Sales Team Lead to drive performance, ensure compliance, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Lead Generation
Identify, engage, and follow up with potential customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable personal loan products
Generate leads via phone calls, emails, and social media
Convert marketing leads into active sales opportunities
Guide customers through loan applications and onboarding

2. Sales Support & Pipeline Management
Track and manage leads using CRM tools
Schedule sales meetings, calls, and follow-ups
Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback
Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Support achievement of team revenue targets

3. Product Knowledge, Compliance & Documentation
Develop strong knowledge of financial products and services
Assist customers with loan documentation and KYC requirements
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Maintain accurate records for reporting and audit purposes

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Experience
1–3 years experience in sales or customer service
Experience in financial services, lending, or fintech preferred
Proven track record in lead generation and customer engagement
Technical Skills
CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Data analysis and reporting skills
Familiarity with NX, Mono, NIBBS, Remita, Credit Bureau systems (advantage)
