Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Van Sales Executive to drive direct product sales, expand retail coverage, and ensure efficient distribution across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products directly from a company vehicle, building strong relationships with retailers, and achieving daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company van to assigned routes and sell products directly to retailers and wholesalers

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Identify and onboard new customers within territory

• Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail outlets

• Manage stock levels, inventory reconciliation, and cash collections

• Provide market feedback on competitor activities and customer preferences

• Maintain accurate sales records and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline

• 1–3 years experience in van sales, direct sales, or field sales (FMCG preferred)

• Valid driver’s license and strong driving skills

• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and retail network

• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills

• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
